Dear customer, you can buy from any country, we have no restrictions on this matter, although it may be that some of our products may be restricted or require documentation or customs clearance costs in addition. It would be advisable to ask the customs authorities of your country on this matter.
MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM PURCHASES
There is no minimum quantity or price limits. Regarding the ceiling of the purchase, it is limited by the restriction of allowing only courier consignments of up to 30 kilos.

Slower Certified Mail. It can take up to 30 days. No online tracking

SHIPPING PRICE OPTIMIZATION:• The shopping cart displays the weight of your direct order. You can go back and buy more products so that your purchase has a maximum weight of the scale and therefore pay the same.
• The weight of the order is the weight of products plus 60g of packaging weight.
• We recommend purchasing products with lightweight presentations (as capsules, filter, etc.).

RETURN POSSIBILITY OF GOODS RECEIVED

OCCURRENCE OF PRODUCTS LOSS
The case is highly unlikely, but possible. If the package does not reach its destination because of loss or negligence of the courier, we give you a choice between resending you a new packet or by refunding you the money paid for your order.
OCCURRENCE IN CASE OF REFUSAL OF PACKAGE OR NOT BEING IN YOUR ADDRESS IN THE DELIVERY DATE.
In this case the carrier will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. Additionally, you may contact the courier's nearest office to your home to schedule delivery of the package. If you refuse or fail to collect the package, it will be returned to our offices. Due to Peru's customs clearance charges for returned packages entering the country, there is no refund of the amount paid or forwarding the packet. You will need to reorder.
